Director, User Experience

8+ years in user experience roles, with a minimum of 5+ years as an individual contributor (IC) and ideally 2+ years as a director. 3+ years of leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a director-level position managing teams and projects. Strong understanding of user-centered design practices and proficiency in applying design systems. Expertise in conducting both qualitative and quantitative UX research and analytics. Demonstrated ability in product strategy and possessing strong business acumen. Familiarity with AI development and technical skills to collaborate with engineering teams. Proven experience in coaching and mentoring team members. Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Guide the Emerging UX team, fostering a culture of agile iteration, growth and innovation. Drive the creation and execution of user experience strategies for emerging products. Work closely with leadership partners to ensure development teams are empowered. Provide critical information and insights to help prioritize development tasks and strategies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of user experience across all platforms.
