Lead and scale the Revenue Operations function across Deal Desk, Strategic Bids, Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations. Design, standardize, and optimize GTM processes for efficiency and revenue predictability. Oversee forecasting, pipeline analytics, performance reporting, and KPI tracking. Partner with Finance, HR, and other departments on territory/quota planning and compensation design. Manage and optimize GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Commission & RFP tools). Collaborate with Internal Systems and Business Intelligence teams for data governance and accuracy. Provide executive leadership with strategic guidance on revenue performance and growth opportunities. Drive sales enablement, training, and productivity initiatives.
