4+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Product Support, Training, Implementation, etc.) 2+ years working with SaaS products, preferably in onboarding, enablement, or user adoption 1+ year working directly with AI-enabled tools or software platforms Ability to explain product features clearly Skilled at running training sessions and demos Ability to learn AI features and translate them into practical guidance Comfortable troubleshooting routine usage issues Ability to produce how-to guides and tutorials Capable of monitoring usage indicators and escalating issues Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
