Requirements:
5-10+ years in private credit, fixed income, structured finance, or credit fund roles. Direct experience underwriting or monitoring loans, CLOs, ABS, corporate credit, or trade finance. Active in the RWA/DeFi credit space, understanding tokenization structures. Ability to write clear investment memos for both crypto and tradfi audiences. Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Track and analyze competing tokenized credit/RWA yield products. Identify market gaps and propose new yield-bearing tokens. Develop investment theses and commercial positioning for new products. Design and implement institutional-grade due diligence frameworks for collateral. Lead legal, financial, and operational due diligence on collateral pools. Author investment memos for executive teams. Build risk-monitoring dashboards and reporting.
