Requirements:
5-10+ years in private credit, fixed income, structured finance, or credit fund roles. Experience underwriting or monitoring loans, CLOs, ABS, corporate credit, or trade finance. Active in the RWA/DeFi credit space. Ability to write clear, concise investment memos. Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage. Bonus: Prior structuring or product development experience on tokenized funds or yield products.
Responsibilities:
Track and analyze competing tokenized credit/RWA yield products. Identify market gaps and propose new yield-bearing tokens. Develop investment theses and commercial positioning for new products. Design institutional-grade due diligence frameworks for various collateral types. Lead legal, financial, and operational due diligence on collateral pools. Author investment memos for executive team and governance. Build risk-monitoring dashboards and reporting.
