Requirements
- 5-10+ years in private credit, fixed income, structured finance, or credit fund roles.
- Direct experience underwriting or monitoring loans, CLOs, ABS, corporate credit, or trade finance.
- Active in the RWA/DeFi credit space, understanding tokenization structures.
- Ability to write clear investment memos for both crypto and tradfi audiences.
- Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze competing tokenized credit/RWA yield products.
- Identify market gaps and propose new yield-bearing tokens.
- Develop investment theses and commercial positioning for new products.
- Design and implement institutional-grade due diligence frameworks for collateral.
- Lead legal, financial, and operational due diligence on collateral pools.
- Author investment memos for executive teams.
- Build risk-monitoring dashboards and reporting.
