Senior Technical Product Manager, Risk Platform (Remote)

8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS product. Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design. Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). Product development experience in healthcare technology products. Strong background in Healthcare processes, code systems, and data integration. Demonstrated ability to execute complex queries and analyses against relational databases. Working knowledge of building secure and scalable data integration pipelines via APIs, databases, etc. Experience launching and scaling an analytical or data product, ideally in healthcare. Experience working with EHR, physician-facing, or population health products and datasets. Comfort managing stakeholders up to the executive level.

Partner with business owners to define problem space, constraints, priorities, and end state. Optimize live user workflows and capabilities, monitoring key metrics and user feedback. Develop deep understanding of requirements and perform solution design with internal teams and end users. Write detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria. Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver maximum value with minimum risk.
