Senior Technical Product Manager, Risk Data Platform (Remote)

8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product. Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design. Experience with the software development lifecycle and methodologies (preferably Agile/Scrum). Product development experience in healthcare technology. Strong background in Healthcare processes, code systems, and data integration. Experience in product management. Excellent leadership skills. Ability to independently execute complex queries and comparative analyses against relational databases. Working knowledge of building secure and scalable data integration pipelines. Experience connecting to various healthcare data sources via APIs, databases, and other data exchange mechanisms. Experience successfully launching and scaling an analytical or data product, ideally in healthcare. Experience working with EHR, physician-facing, or population health products and datasets. Comfort managing a broad set of stakeholders up through the executive level.

Design technical, service, and content solutions for Aledade's lines of business. Partner with business owners, data analysts, engineers, designers, and AI researchers. Define project goals, solution scope, implementation approaches, and rollout plans. Scale the platform to integrate new internal and external patient data sources. Incorporate AI services into the platform's architecture. Model data for internal reports and dashboards. Identify and productionize improved data operations and digital workflows. Bridge the gap between strategic business needs and core platform capabilities. Cultivate a shared vision for problem spaces and articulate perspectives. Optimize live user workflows and capabilities, monitor metrics and feedback. Develop deep understanding of requirements, design solutions, and test hypotheses. Write detailed user stories for new features. Develop short- and long-term roadmaps.
