Requirements:
6–10 years in technology GTM with hands-on partner co-sell experience alongside ISVs and SIs. Proven track record orchestrating complex deals with partner influence from discovery through close. Familiarity with payments, data integration, and nonprofit tech ecosystems; experience with Stripe and Salesforce-adjacent partners a plus. Strong, process-oriented operator with excellent program hygiene in Salesforce and partner tools. Executive-ready communicator who can simplify complexity and align cross-functional stakeholders. Comfortable traveling to partner sites, joint events, and customer meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:
Run structured account mapping with partners to identify mutual deals and white space. Orchestrate partner involvement across the deal lifecycle. Lead repeatable co-sell rituals. Build and maintain joint value props, win stories, and talk tracks. Unblock deals by brokering the right resources. Report and forecast partner-influenced pipeline and Closed-Won. Stand up sourcing plays with partners. Co-develop micro-campaigns and events with Marketing and partner field teams. Triage and qualify partner-originated interest. Support enablement to AEs, SEs, and partner sellers. Package repeatable 'How We Win with [Partner]' kits. Maintain a clean operating playbook for co-sell workflows. Lead weekly partner pipeline reviews. Maintain exemplary Salesforce hygiene. Track and communicate performance against quarterly targets.
