Requirements:
10+ years of sales and leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales. Extensive experience selling into self-insured employer groups, directly or through channel partners. Knowledge of healthcare benefits, employee benefits, and the healthcare industry. Experience selling SaaS, health technologies, medical insurance, or consulting solutions to enterprise clients. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage complex accounts, and drive revenue growth. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
Execute market strategy to generate revenue opportunities with enterprise clients. Lead the sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and decision-makers. Manage the sales pipeline, reporting on progress, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for growth. Mentor and guide sales team members, supporting professional development and fostering a high-performance culture.
