Provide timely IT support to remote agents and internal staff. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations. Administer core business platforms like Google Workspace, AWS, Slack, Monday.com, One Password, TorGuard VPN, and Hubstaff. Ensure proper and secure user access, permissions, and integrations. Maintain system updates, backups, and version controls. Facilitate IT setup for new hires and coordinate onboarding/offboarding. Keep onboarding documentation up to date. Ensure system and device compliance with security policies. Manage VPN access, enforce strong authentication, and monitor logs. Identify and mitigate security risks. Maintain and enhance internal IT documentation. Recommend workflow and technology improvements. Support the rollout of new tools and IT initiatives. Monitor key client systems (Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias) for access and functionality. Proactively resolve technical interruptions affecting client support.
