Requirements:
2 or more years experience as a broker, trader or portfolio manager in the energy, commodity or finance industry. Thrives on pushing boundaries and enjoys challenging the status quo. Likes to be challenged and has a thirst for learning. Is 'hands on': independent, entrepreneurial, and result oriented. Likes ownership and knows how to be a ferocious self-starter and a great team player.
Responsibilities:
Engage and grow the network of traders on enmacc. Enable traders to benefit from the direct network and RFQ trading platform. Ensure traders get the best out of the platform and its future development. Work closely with traders to define success and help them maximize value. Proactively increase the number of traders by pitching and giving demos. Increase trading fee revenue (MRR) by managing and growing client relationships. Contribute to the development of new features and products by working with the Product department. Tackle ad-hoc marketplace management activities and trader inquiries. Cooperate with Account Management & Marketing teams to encourage user activities.
