1-2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center role. Proficiency with automotive CRM platforms (e.g., VinSolutions, eLead, DealerSocket). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting quotas. Bilingual (English and French) considered an asset. Experience in both sales and service BDC functions. Familiarity with digital retailing tools and chat platforms.
