Responsibilities:
Define and execute strategy to improve intelligence of Guest and Host apps through machine learning and data products. Set priorities, balance speed and quality, and ensure the engineering team executes against an ambitious roadmap. Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production. Lead and mentor a diverse team of ~10+ engineers and technical leads. Partner with senior leadership in Data Science, Product, and across Business to align stakeholders, define multi-year roadmaps, and set iterative milestones. Collaborate closely with key engineering teams. Coach and develop team members.
