At least 3 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. In-depth knowledge of Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse and connectors. Proficiency with related technologies such as Office 365, Azure Services, and SharePoint. Familiarity with SQL and programming languages like JavaScript and C#. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Build and implement high-quality solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business needs and create streamlined, effective workflow solutions. Enhance and maintain existing Power Platform applications. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Stay current with advancements and new features in the Power Platform ecosystem. Deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, and compliant with company standards and industry best practices. Lead by example, showcasing best practices in Power Platform design and development. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions. Provide one-on-one guidance to junior developers.
