Data Architect (Hightouch)

8+ years in data architecture or solution architecture roles focused on data platforms. At least 5 years in a technical leadership capacity. Strong hands-on experience with Hightouch. Proven track record designing and implementing architectures integrating cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) with martech tools (e.g., Braze). Extensive experience in data modelling, building and tuning data pipelines, and working with modern data integration tooling. Strong coding skills in SQL and Python. Comfort working with version control, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring and guiding engineers or consultants.

Lead discovery sessions and craft sales pitches. Design data architectures integrating Hightouch in a Martech stack. Develop comprehensive data models. Evaluate and select appropriate data technologies. Guide data engineers in implementation. Optimize data pipelines. Conduct data analysis and translate complex data into stories. Set and maintain data engineering standards. Mentor and guide junior team members. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
