Data Architect

Experience designing and implementing at least two of: ETL, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines; SQL databases, stored procedures, query optimization; Analytics and visualization; MDM and data governance Experience implementing at least two of the following on AWS: High availability solutions, read/write replicas, performance tuning; RDS and Aurora optimization; Large scale application migration with a focus on databases; Security, access controls, and governance in the cloud Expert-level understanding of data warehouses and RDBMs (Redshift, Snowflake, Postgres, MySQL) Proficiency with IaC tools (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) and CI/CD tools Experience with AWS Glue, Lambda, SDKs

Guide Cayliens and Customers through Agile ceremonies Translate customer requirements into a workable backlog of tickets Delegate tickets to a team of engineers Lead requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions Apply understanding of DevOps pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve issues in customer environments Automate software testing Write production quality code, including unit and integration tests Deliver cloud native applications on AWS for customers Clearly communicate and document designs, processes, and procedures Mentor peers and tackle new technologies Coach and mentor less experienced teammates
