Software Architect, Data & AI Platform Strategy

15+ years of professional software development experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment, with a significant focus on data and AI/ML systems. Proven experience with core technologies, including or highly similar to: Ruby, Python, Javascript, MySQL, Kafka, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with data lakehouses such as Databricks or Snowflake. Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Contract-Driven Development, Distributed Systems, and Data Modeling. Exceptional communication skills, a deep sense of ownership, and a track record of driving complex projects to completion. Extensive experience leading technical projects, maintaining features in production with continuous deployment, and driving prioritization with a strong customer-focused mindset. Experience in mentoring and leveling up software engineers. A strong desire to create elegant, scalable, and maintainable services and tools. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience required.
