Requirements
- Held a Head of Growth/Marketing, VP Growth/Marketing or CMO role at a B2C startup
- Systems thinker who naturally operates in frameworks and growth loops
- Data-centric approach, with mastery of CAC/LTV/payback logic
- Experience managing million euro annual marketing budgets
- Broad marketing expertise across brand, performance, CRM, content, organic, and paid acquisition
- Scaled at least one acquisition channel from zero to millions of users
- Strong strategic thinking, but are still hands-on
- Know how to recruit and inspire top talent
- Collaborate seamlessly across product, design, data, and content
- Energized by ambiguity, failure, and scaling a business from the ground up
Responsibilities
- Scale Finary into the undisputed wealth management app for Mass Affluent and HNWI audiences in Europe
- Build a scalable and predictable growth engine
- Elevate Finary into the #1 premium wealth brand in France
- Shape our international marketing playbook
- Assemble a world-class team
- Work closely with the CEO and the Leadership Team to align marketing, product, and business strategy
