Finance (VP+)

Director, vice president, or other finance leader 20+ years experience managing finance teams and coaching individuals Coaching certification is a plus but not required Wants to turn people leadership skills into coaching skills Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace Self-aware, high emotional IQ Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup environment Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for the next 24+ months Able to dedicate a minimum of three to five hours per week Able to work with Mento for a minimum of 24 months

Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions Participating in ongoing training sessions Communicating with members via email or chat Sharing coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy
