Requirements:
Near-perfect English communication skills (verbal clarity, tone, pacing) Warm, friendly, and natural conversational style Strong persuasive communication skills while remaining respectful and professional Demonstrated ability to get prospects to listen, engage, and stay on the call Proven success in previous cold-calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation roles Ability to confidently take charge of conversations and move them toward next steps Experience that complements and strengthens the client’s existing outreach efforts Strong work ethic, reliability, and comfort working independently
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective leads Engage prospects with an inviting, friendly, and non-abrasive communication style Drive conversations confidently and keep prospects genuinely engaged Generate, source, and qualify new leads based on target criteria Persuade and influence prospects to continue conversations with the client’s principals Add value to the current calling strategy by bringing complementary strengths Document call outcomes and maintain accurate lead notes in the CRM Consistently meet or exceed weekly lead-generation and outreach targets
