Operations Manager

Experience running operations in a high growth tech environment, ideally in industries with regulatory or operational complexity (e.g., fintech). Strong system design capability to build scalable workflows, structures, and mechanisms. Demonstrated success managing people through coaching, clarity, and performance expectations. Operational discipline to create predictable throughput and reduce team overwhelm. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Analytical and structured approach to turn data into operational improvements. Exposure to energy, utilities or other complex service environments (bonus). Background in operational tooling, automation or workflow optimisation (bonus). Experience scaling teams from early stage to high functioning maturity (bonus). Familiarity with regulated markets or compliance heavy operations (bonus).

Build and own the operational system for scaling work. Define and standardize workflows, processes and decision frameworks. Drive ruthless prioritisation and lead AI strategy for automation. Partner with teams to translate energy expertise into operational clarity. Collaborate with CX, Product, Data and Sales to design efficient processes. Create documentation, dashboards and feedback loops for continuous improvement. Coach and develop the Ops team. Lead capacity planning and identify system evolution needs. Ensure operational insights feed into product and system improvements.
