Director of Construction Program Management

Minimum ten years' experience as a Construction Project Manager Experience in data center development or related industry (industrial, build-to-suit commercial construction) Minimum three years of experience directly managing, mentoring and leading a team of Project Managers Proven ability to manage conflict, negotiate and drive decisions at a senior level Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience communicating with executive leadership Passion for mentoring and coaching Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work and manage effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment Proficiency in Procore and other construction management software

Lead, mentor, coach and manage a team of Construction Project Managers Assign Project Managers to projects based on expertise, capacity and project requirements Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews for direct reports Ensure consistent application of best-in-class project management practices, methodologies and tools Provide strategic oversight for project portfolio Monitor key project metrics (schedule, budget, quality, safety) and mitigate risks Serve as the executive point of escalation for complex project issues Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and procedures for construction projects Review critical project documentation Participate in the development and maintenance of periodic status reports Participate and potentially lead a portion of the pre-construction phase
