Lead, mentor, coach and manage a team of Construction Project Managers Assign Project Managers to projects based on expertise, capacity and project requirements Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews for direct reports Ensure consistent application of best-in-class project management practices, methodologies and tools Provide strategic oversight for project portfolio Monitor key project metrics (schedule, budget, quality, safety) and mitigate risks Serve as the executive point of escalation for complex project issues Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and procedures for construction projects Review critical project documentation Participate in the development and maintenance of periodic status reports Participate and potentially lead a portion of the pre-construction phase
