Product Operations Program Manager (Remote - US)

7 or more years of experience in product management, product strategy, business operations, management consulting, or a related field Proven experience working cross-functionally with product and technical teams in complex environments Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides Experience working with SQL outputs and dashboards, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong problem-solving and analytical background Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end Ability to simplify and structure complex problems while maintaining strong attention to detail Hands-on, proactive mindset

Design and operate systems to capture, prioritize, and track user and stakeholder requirements Build and manage complex, cross-functional processes supporting product development, launches, and ongoing execution Continuously assess, experiment with, and improve operational models Facilitate program and project retrospectives, translating learnings into improvements Partner with product, technical, and go-to-market teams to support strategic initiatives and drive operational scale Develop, maintain, and communicate clear operational metrics and insights Approach all programs with a mindset of scalability, flexibility, and long-term impact
