Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns focused on pipeline generation.
- Strong understanding of ABM, inbound/outbound marketing, and funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, AI tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with the aviation industry or other regulated sectors is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working cross-functionally in a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Lead outbound acquisition strategy to generate qualified pipeline across all brands.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, search, display) for reach and conversion.
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise accounts.
- Oversee SEO/AIO strategy and website optimization to increase traffic and conversions.
- Design and test landing pages, offers, and nurture flows.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across campaigns.
- Build reporting frameworks to measure ROI, lead quality, and overall performance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline visibility.
