Requirements:
12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy 4+ years of experience people management experience Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, analytics, and process design Strong understanding of the GTM tech stack (Gong, Chili Piper, Seismic, etc.) Proven success leading revenue operations transformation and scaling systems, forecasting, and insights in high-growth environments Experience designing and executing enablement programs Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills A “builder” mindset—comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution
Responsibilities:
Design and operationalize GTM systems and data infrastructure Lead pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and business performance analytics Architect scalable workflows and automation across lead management, opportunity progression, and client lifecycle Translate ICPs, personas, messaging, and positioning into actionable playbooks Translate business objectives into executable operating models, metrics, and accountability frameworks Lead a small, growing team and shape the future structure of Revenue Operations & Enablement Collaborate with Transformation, Finance, and Data teams to align reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning Drive Wpromote’s AI strategy across go-to-market functions Partner to model, and manage commission plans and incentive structures
