Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the IB mathematics curriculum for MYP and DP.
- Ideally, several years of experience teaching IB MYP and/or DP Mathematics, or developing IB-aligned curriculum materials.
- Strong background in educational content creation (writing or editing textbook chapters, lesson plans, exam-style questions).
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, preferably in education or publishing.
- High comfort with technology and quick to adapt to new tools.
- Willingness to use and experiment with modern AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in writing clear, constructive feedback.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team and coordinate across time zones.
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding academic accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end creation of IB MYP & DP mathematics textbook content.
- Manage project timelines and set milestones.
- Ensure all content is aligned with IB curriculum requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews of content and provide detailed feedback.
- Work closely with a team of content developers, educators, and editors.
- Continuously refine content development and review processes.
- Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure each unit/chapter meets a "world-class" quality standard.
