Engineering at Mathspace
Mathspace engineers are building the future of math education by integrating large language models (LLMs) and generative AI into the platform. You will build novel product features that deliver timely hints, conversational feedback, and human-like math support at scale. Our tech stack includes React, TypeScript, Python, and GraphQL. You will experiment with prompting, RAG, vector search, and fine-tuning strategies to optimize student learning outcomes. We are in the early stages of our AI journey, offering a unique opportunity to shape the strategy, systems, and culture around building with LLMs. You'll tackle challenges like ensuring pedagogical soundness and aligning AI experiences with educational values.
