Requirements:
Extensive experience teaching primary mathematics (K-6) in NSW schools Deep understanding of the NSW Mathematics K-6 Syllabus Familiarity with the new NSW Curriculum Reform changes Strong familiarity with current AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment A collaborative and team-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of K-6 mathematics textbook content aligned to the NSW Syllabus Oversee content creation workflows and coordinate with internal team members Conduct thorough reviews of all content for alignment with NSW syllabus outcomes Provide specific, actionable feedback for edits Champion the use of AI tools throughout the content development process Continuously improve team processes and workflows by integrating new AI capabilities Ensure consistency in pedagogical approach, mathematical rigour, and age-appropriate progression
