Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience. 2+ years’ experience in a full cycle Sales role with the ability to demonstrate sales quota attainment and success. 1+ years of customer facing sales experience. Salesforce of equivalent CRM experience. Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. 1+ years of Field Sales exp preferred.
Responsibilities:
Selling and introducing products and services to established and new Law Enforcement customers. Fulfilling requests for orders, quotations, and lead times. Tracking and following up on leads generated by the organization. Prospecting and driving demand in an assigned territory. Developing and executing a regional sales plan. Identifying decision makers among targeted leads or accounts. Maintaining and expanding the CRM (Salesforce). Outbound and inbound account management. Attending sales group meetings and reporting on market situation. Handling changes in sales orders and communicating them. Providing effective product demos for end-user customers. Emphasizing the Axon Ecosystem by promoting product features and benefits. Capturing accurate and complete information in the CRM. Attending industry conferences and regional Trade shows.
