Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers on security, privacy, AI, and compliance concerns. Collaborate on security, privacy, and AI support processes and build relationships with cross-functional teams. Coordinate, qualify, and prioritize customer assurance review requests. Ensure accurate completion of customer assurance reviews and similar requests within deadlines. Provide expertise and support with RFPs and similar documents. Maintain and develop AI-driven response automation tool and customer-facing Trust Center. Facilitate enablement sessions and knowledge sharing. Manage Salesforce and other reports to track Customer Assurance program metrics. Oversee maintenance of security, privacy, and AI collateral and certifications. Build and manage templates and libraries for standardized content. Identify opportunities to optimize processes for handling requests.
