Advanced knowledge in AI and Prompt Engineering is a differentiated soft skill. Leadership capacity and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting a collaborative environment. Communication and negotiation skills to manage expectations and align objectives. Knowledge of project management tools (Azure, Jira, Trello, roadmap, status report etc.).

Lead project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Drive the evolution of intelligent contacts through roadmap management and strategic alignment. Promote effective effort direction by tracking project metrics and KPIs to demonstrate measurable business results. Identify and execute opportunities for revenue growth and use case expansion. Manage stakeholder expectations, acting on risk management, communication, and conflict resolution. Ensure the quality of the delivered solution and serve as a reference for Professional Services methodologies. Lead multidisciplinary teams to build scalable solutions and hyper-personalized journeys.
