8-12+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience Experience in hospitality, prop-tech, vacation rentals, marketplace businesses, or multi-unit operations strongly preferred Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments a plus Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of real estate/hospitality investment analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and metrics (IRR, NPV, cash flow, ROI, etc.) Expertise with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and advanced Excel/Sheets
