8-12+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience Experience in hospitality, prop-tech, vacation rentals, marketplace businesses, or multi-unit operations preferred Experience in high-growth or private equity–backed environments a plus Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of real estate and/or hospitality investment analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and metrics Expertise with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and advanced Excel/Sheets
