FP&A Lead

5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance. Experience leading teams, ideally in high-growth or complex environments. Strong background in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or tech-driven businesses. Proven ability to lead small teams, assigning responsibilities effectively. Skilled at setting strategic priorities and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Expert in advanced financial modeling (P&L, Cash Flow, scenario analysis). Proficiency in financial systems; experience with Qlik and SAP is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Own and lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning. Deliver financial insights to influence business decisions and performance optimization. Lead small to medium teams, setting objectives and fostering development. Manage complex projects and high-impact initiatives. Build and review sophisticated financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning. Prepare and present financial packages for senior leadership. Lead initiatives to improve FP&A processes and reporting accuracy. Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic direction.
