Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) with revenue/ROAS as the primary KPI. Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets ($20M+/year) and consistently meet ROAS and revenue goals independently. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools, plus advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively on creative asset development. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
Own campaign performance end-to-end, including pacing, reporting, and results. Source and manage creative by writing ad copy, partnering on development, and maintaining an asset library. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with thoughtful strategy, targeting, bidding, and creative experimentation. Continuously monitor campaign health and aggressively optimize for higher CTR, reduced CPA, and maximized ROAS. Document all tests and campaign changes, sharing wins and learnings. Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and yield partners for performance updates and alignment. Leverage competitive research to map landscape and uncover new opportunities. Serve as internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
