Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for servicing, loan repayment, and personal loan funding/disbursement. Design and ship customer journeys for statements, autopay enrollment, payment scheduling, hardship programs, and payoff flows. Lead the build-out and optimization of funding and disbursement experiences. Analyze funnel, servicing, and portfolio performance data to identify opportunities and define success metrics. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Servicing/Ops, Risk, Compliance, and external credit union/bank partners.
