Trading Ops Manager, Bitcoin

8+ years of trading, asset management, treasury, operations, and/or payments experience. 3+ years of Bitcoin knowledge or experience. Strong understanding of the financial services industry. Experience with developing a rapidly scaling business and related operation. Experience with trading operations, settlement & Bitcoin custody. Strong analytical skills. Team player with influence skills. Ability to develop new revenue streams and negotiate commercial agreements.

Support Bitcoin business operations day-to-day, including trading and settlement. Optimize strategic Bitcoin partnerships through proactive management. Manage Bitcoin trading and ensure timely settlement. Drive financial performance of the Bitcoin business and forge new revenue lines. Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes. Leverage and analyze data for business decision making and optimizations.
