Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Become a trusted advisor to enterprise customers in the DACH region. Develop customer success plans outlining KPIs, stakeholders, and adoption strategies. Establish trust-based relationships throughout the customer journey. Evangelize customer-centricity within Camunda to increase retention and loyalty. Collaborate with Sales on growth opportunities. Engage proactively with Consulting, Support, and Engineering teams. Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing on best practices and customer references.
