Responsibilities:
Manage customers by proactively ensuring project success with the implementation of the retraced platform Support customers by defining a clear quarterly framework and a success roadmap with KPI-driven goals Plan and execute the activation of customers' supply chain networks Be the first touchpoint for customers and their network in case of problems or specific needs Understand the needs and problems of brands and suppliers to transfer insights to the product development team Identify up-selling opportunities within existing customer networks
