Strong self-motivation, curiosity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain data integrity. Proficiency in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search). Experience leveraging data to guide sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Eightfold is a plus.
