Requirements:
7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. At least 2 years as a full-cycle recruiter. Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines. Strong self-motivation, curiosity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain data integrity. Proficiency in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search). Experience leveraging data to guide sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Eightfold is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. Manage the top of the funnel for multiple searches, ensuring candidate assessment. Source and engage passive candidates using various techniques. Implement inclusive sourcing strategies for broader representation. Provide inbound sourcing support for high-volume roles. Track and report on pipeline health to inform decisions. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve processes and candidate experience.
