Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA/CAS experience is a strong plus 2+ years of experience managing accounting, payroll, and financial operations for US-based clients in a multi-client environment Proficiency in cloud accounting platforms such as NetSuite, SAGE, Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Gusto, or similar Experience with PE or VC-funded portfolio companies preferred Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and adapt to fluctuating workloads Humility, openness to feedback, and a positive, client-focused attitude
