Oversee the full employee lifecycle across the region: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, time-off and leaves, internal mobility. Ensure accurate and timely data management across all People tools and systems. Manage end-to-end payroll processing with external vendors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to local regulations. Own and continuously improve regional documentation and internal comms on people processes, policies, and FAQs. Serve as the primary regional point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits and payroll. Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies across all jurisdictions. Own or support people systems rollouts and process automation initiatives. Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to teams. Support managers on day-to-day topics around team structure, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change. Provide coaching or guidance on day-to-day people questions and issues. Identify and escalate trends in feedback, engagement, or experience that need cross-functional alignment or solutions. Own and update regional HR policies and employee handbooks. Ensure local employment compliance through documentation, audit readiness, and vendor collaboration. Respond to audits or regulatory requests in collaboration with internal teams. Collaborate closely with TA, Compliance, EX, and IT to deliver a unified employee experience. Support cross-functional programs such as compensation cycles, engagement surveys, or headcount planning. Help maintain people team rituals, planning, and shared resources.
