Requirements:
12+ years of quota-carrying experience in a competitive market with a focus on new business. 5+ years of quota-carrying experience generating pipeline and selling through Global System Integrators. Proven experience in managing, developing, and scaling multi-faceted strategic partnerships with Accenture. Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology. Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets. Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process. Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales). Familiarity with databases, devops and open source technology is a plus. Driven and competitive with a strong desire to be successful. Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities. Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware. Passionate about growing career in the database market and understanding MongoDB products.
Responsibilities:
Build strong Accenture partner relationships for global growth opportunities. Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline through GSIs. Cultivate a network of strategic champions at executive and architect levels. Drive development of joint offerings and Go-to-Market strategies with partners. Build joint offerings and solutions to create new revenue streams. Interlock with Cloud and Ecosystem partners to accelerate GSI pipeline consumption. Work with Field Sales to close business and meet bookings objectives. Participate in sales enablement trainings. Provide mentorship for Partner Sales team with in-depth product understanding.
