Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in Channel, Alliances, or Partner Management within a SaaS organization. Proven success managing partnerships in Salesforce, AWS, or HubSpot ecosystems. Strong understanding of partner attribution models (sourced vs. influenced) and CRM tracking (e.g., Salesforce). Experience building go-to-market plans, running quarterly business reviews, and managing partner scorecards. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence skills. Preferred: experience with Public Sector/GovTech, FEDRAMP/IL4 compliance, AWS Marketplace management, or familiarity with HubSpot Partner programs.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic ecosystem partners. Develop and execute partner account plans. Conduct regular business reviews to track pipeline and performance. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth. Collaborate with internal teams on sales, marketing, product, and Finance objectives. Enable partners on product value propositions and develop joint use cases. Represent the company at partner and ecosystem events.
