4–7 years of experience in Channel, Alliances, or Partner Management within a SaaS organization. Proven success managing partnerships in Salesforce, AWS, or HubSpot ecosystems. Strong understanding of partner attribution models (sourced vs. influenced) and CRM tracking (e.g., Salesforce). Experience building go-to-market plans, running quarterly business reviews, and managing partner scorecards. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence skills. Preferred: experience with Public Sector/GovTech, FEDRAMP/IL4 compliance, AWS Marketplace management, or familiarity with HubSpot Partner programs.
