Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of leading client meetings and strategy discussions. Ability to understand technical workflows and communicate effectively with diverse client teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, curious mindset to identify risks and solutions early. Excellent relationship-building abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results. Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player. Ability to work in a hybrid setting, coming into the Carlsbad, CA office 2–3 times per month, or fully remote from other locations.
