Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in SaaS account management or client-facing roles. Proven track record of managing renewals, retention, and long-term client success. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of leading client meetings and strategy discussions. Ability to understand technical workflows and communicate effectively with diverse client teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, curious mindset to identify risks and solutions early. Excellent relationship-building abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results. Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player. Ability to work in a hybrid setting, coming into the Carlsbad, CA office 2–3 times per month, or fully remote from other locations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic point of contact for high-value client accounts, ensuring long-term relationship development. Drive account renewals, adoption, and retention through proactive engagement and account planning. Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions to identify opportunities for clients to increase product value. Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader within assigned accounts, providing insights and guidance on product usage. Manage escalations and resolve client issues promptly with outcome-driven solutions. Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Onboarding to ensure client needs are met and feedback is shared. Identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
