Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech or enterprise software/SaaS. Strong consultative and strategic selling skills, with experience engaging at all organizational levels, including C-suite. Knowledge of educational pedagogy and LMS sales processes is a plus. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Winning By Design or similar approaches. Skilled in needs analysis, proposal development, and client presentations. Comfortable with 25–30% travel across the assigned territory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote-first, flexible environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
