Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech or enterprise software/SaaS. Strong consultative and strategic selling skills, with experience engaging at all organizational levels, including C-suite. Knowledge of educational pedagogy and LMS sales processes is a plus. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Winning By Design or similar approaches. Skilled in needs analysis, proposal development, and client presentations. Comfortable with 25–30% travel across the assigned territory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote-first, flexible environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Sell educational technology products to new and existing clients within the assigned territory. Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand client relationships and market share. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and decision-makers. Guide prospective clients through the purchasing process, ensuring alignment with timelines and goals. Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales performance. Collaborate with other sales team members to gain referrals and optimize territory coverage. Log and maintain accurate account information in CRM systems for timely reporting and analysis. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
