Requirements:
5+ years of enterprise sales experience with solution-selling focus and large deal sizes (~$250k ACV or higher). Proven track record in new-logo acquisition and existing account growth. Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies. Experience or strong interest in supply chain, logistics, warehouse inventory management, or as-a-service (aaS/SaaS) business models. Expertise in value engineering and value-led selling, including creating and presenting ROI/TCO analyses. Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences. Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 25 target enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and retention. Strategically pursue and close new-logo business. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and account plans. Utilize consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to qualify opportunities. Build value-driven business cases, ROI models, and TCO analyses. Conduct regular client engagement activities such as quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Deployment teams. Maintain accurate forecasts and track performance metrics.
