Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 25 target enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and retention. Strategically pursue and close new-logo business. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and account plans. Utilize consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to qualify opportunities. Build value-driven business cases, ROI models, and TCO analyses. Conduct regular client engagement activities such as quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Deployment teams. Maintain accurate forecasts and track performance metrics.
