Requirements:
3–6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (mid-market or enterprise focus). Proven success in building and scaling demand generation programs. Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email automation, and ABM platforms. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, and Excel. Growth mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement. Experience leveraging AI tools or strong interest in integrating AI into marketing workflows.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns to generate MQLs and revenue. Execute campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, webinars, email, ABM, SEO, partnerships). Run rapid experiments to test and scale initiatives. Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead flow and SLAs. Develop dashboards to measure key marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI). Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams for campaign alignment. Introduce innovative demand generation strategies (PLG, virtual events). Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign speed, creativity, and impact.
