Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 12 years of professional experience in web development, CMS management, and digital strategy Advanced proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs Hands-on experience with WordPress Multisite, Drupal, AI-driven content optimization, and technical SEO Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, UX tracking, and A/B testing Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Lead hands-on web development, deployment, and maintenance Manage and optimize enterprise CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) Collaborate with marketing on SEO, AI content optimization, and conversion strategies Integrate third-party platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, VWO) Conduct A/B testing, monitor site performance, and improve UX Mentor developers and coordinate contractors Support digital strategy through reporting and analysis
