Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications. 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience in healthcare, health tech, or health-adjacent organizations. Experience marketing to the employer benefits arena. Experience working on enterprise B2B marketing programs. Strong planning, project management, verbal, and written communication skills. Expertise in Google Suite. Ability to be data-driven and assess marketing impact. Strong commitment to execution and attention to detail. Demonstrable success in a distributed/remote startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner across marketing and cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns. Support high-value opportunities like conferences and events. Execute cross-channel marketing programs (digital and physical). Gather and report data to optimize marketing programs. Communicate program status and results to stakeholders. Serve as a project manager for marketing efforts. Maintain documentation and database for content management.
