Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or related field. Prior product management (or technical role) within a SaaS organization. Direct experience in telecommunications network design, construction, or operations; FiberOptic network experience preferred. Proven experience as a leader in a software context, preferably in telecommunications or network management. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical background to communicate complex concepts. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy. Prioritize features for maximum value and growth. Define and communicate customer value, working with engineering. Support marketing and sales with launch plans and enablement materials. Define success metrics and monitor product performance. Collect customer insights and engage in dialogue.
