BA/BS degree in pre-law or business fields. 8+ years of progressive legal industry experience in fast-moving environments. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a people management role. Extraordinary written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Experience in reading and responding to subpoenas, garnishments, liens or levies, and/or unemployment claims. Strong project management experience and previous success in meeting deadlines. Proficiency in technology including Google Workplace, Slack, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience working in business intelligence tools like Mode, Sigma, and Tableau. Experience working with alternative legal service providers and/or BPO Teams.
